With Fall finally arriving in New York, it’s time to reconsider what you carry around in your purse all day.
These past two weeks have been extremely busy for me with midterms and papers piling up around the same time. What used to be smooth even-tone regions under my eyes became dark heavy craters.
Two things I carry in my backpack throughout the day in campus: Glossier’s
Coconut Balm Dotcom and the Soothing Face Mist.
With the fall winds getting cooler and my lips slowly chapping from the dry/cold/chilly/bipolar NY weather, these two products are essentials.
The Coconut Balm Dotcom is really great not just as a lip balm, but for any rough patches you randomly have. E.g.: Callouses around the fingers or under the palm, dry ass elbows, or flaky areas on the face.
Tip any student readers or general nocturnals: the soothing face mist is an accessory to your late nights studying. Spray it after you take your sip of coffee in-between studies and feel extra awake. If nothing changes, pretend that it did.
